MaMA Hub Terms and Conditions for businesses
1. Offer Details
• Discount Specification: You agree to provide a clear and specific discount or promotional offer to MaMA Hub members.
• Validity: The offer should be valid for a minimum period of [e.g., 6 months] from the start date, unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Exclusions: Any exclusions (e.g., certain products, services, or days) must be clearly stated.
2. Member Verification
• Membership Card: MaMA Hub members will present a valid digital membership card at the point of purchase.
• Verification: It is your responsibility to verify the membership card before applying the discount.
3. Promotion and Marketing
• Listing: Your business and offer details will be listed on the MaMA Hub platform and may be promoted through our marketing channels.
• Materials: You may receive promotional materials (e.g., window stickers) to display, indicating your participation in the programme.
4. Changes and Termination
• Modifications: If you wish to modify or withdraw your offer, please provide at least 14 days’ written notice to MaMA Hub.
• Termination: MaMA Hub reserves the right to remove your listing from the platform if the offer is not honoured or if there are complaints from members.
5. Liability
• Responsibility: MaMA Hub is not responsible for any disputes between your business and MaMA Hub members.
• Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the offer and your business operations.
6. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
When a member uses your products or services, the agreement is strictly between you and the member. This agreement will be governed by any terms and conditions you provide to them. MaMA Hub is not a party to this contract and assumes no responsibility or liability for any part of it.
If a member complaint is brought to our attention in relation to your products, services, or offers, MaMA Hub will not intervene or mediate in any such dispute. We will advise the member to contact you directly to resolve their issue. We are under no obligation to forward the complaint to you.
If a technical issue is reported to us regarding the way your offer appears on our website or mobile app, we will use reasonable efforts to address it. However, MaMA Hub is not responsible for any technical issues on your own website or for maintaining the integrity of any links you supply.
In cases where we are unable to resolve a technical issue, we reserve the right to remove your offer from our platform without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise as a result.
